So, when it's finish, it can stand side by side with other city/community building & townhouse.
There are 4 minifigure in this set: pet shop owner, girl on bicycle, painter, and a woman. And the pet shop building accessories will includes: dog, cat, fish tank with goldfish, frog toy, birdhouse, etc. The details on building exterior & interior is perfect and blend with other facility set. You won't see it much of interior accessories from picture above. But, from the package you will receive kitchenette features, such as: stove, sink, coffee maker, etc. And for the townhouse, there are items like mailbox, couch, toilet, and other cool stuff.
The recommended age for this set is 16 - 20 years. But, to be honest, even a 9 years old should be able to put these together. It will hard and need guidelines first, specially on 1st floor. After 1st floor finish, most young kids who already built this set said they don't need help anymore to finish the rest of the set. When in process to arrange it, kids and grown-up will love small details on decoration that is fun and educational.
